1. What Blue Tool Is

Blue Tool LLC provides an AI-powered missed call answering service for plumbing and HVAC businesses. When you miss a call, our AI answers on your behalf, collects the caller's name, phone number, city, and service issue, and sends you an SMS summary immediately.

By signing up for Blue Tool, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Monthly fee: $199/month

• Included minutes: 300 minutes per month

• Additional usage: $0.20 per minute over 300 minutes

• Free setup

• Cancel anytime

Billing occurs monthly from the date you sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

3. What Blue Tool Provides

• AI voice answering for missed calls

• SMS notification with caller details sent to your phone

• Setup and configuration of your AI system

• Basic support via email at dan@getbluetool.com

4. What Blue Tool Does Not Provide

Blue Tool is not a full receptionist service. Specifically, our AI does not:

• Book or schedule appointments

• Provide pricing or quotes to callers

• Diagnose technical or plumbing issues

• Guarantee a specific number of calls answered

• Guarantee any revenue or business outcomes

5. Your Responsibilities

As a Blue Tool client, you agree to:

• Set up call forwarding to your Blue Tool number

• Ensure your phone plan supports call forwarding

• Comply with all local and state laws regarding call recording and notification

• Not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

6. Limitations of Liability

Blue Tool LLC is not responsible for:

• Missed calls due to technical issues outside our control, including carrier outages or forwarding failures

• Lost revenue or business outcomes of any kind

• Actions taken or not taken based on AI-collected information

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

By you: Cancel at any time by emailing dan@getbluetool.com. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

By us: Blue Tool LLC reserves the right to terminate your service immediately for violation of these Terms or for non-payment, without refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you at least 14 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
