Blue Tool LLC is an AI-powered missed call answering service for plumbing and HVAC businesses. When you miss a call, our AI answers on your behalf, collects the caller's details, and sends you an SMS summary instantly.

From business owners who sign up:

• Trade or industry

From callers who reach our AI:

• First name

• Phone number

• Description of their service issue

From website visitors:

• Browser type

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the AI missed call service

• Send SMS notifications to you when a call is received

SMS Communications

By signing up for Blue Tool, you agree to receive SMS notifications as part of the service. These messages contain missed call summaries from your AI receptionist.

Third Party Services
